I scour the internet looking for the best keto recipes. It's actually not easy because some websites actually use other photos of non keto recipes and present them as authentic when your final product will be nothing like the photo.

I discovered this recipe early on when I first started doing keto. These types of recipes I have called keto hacks. This is a keto pizza hack using cauliflower as your medium. You can feel free to add hamburger, pepperoni, whatever your favorite topings are.

I love this recipe because it's easy and allows you to be creative with your choice of toppings. I like to do jalapeno and pepperoni as one of my favorites.

What I thought of the taste:

I was never a real big fan of cauliflower. But when you pair pizza with anything it's good. So yes this is a great combination. You can puree your cauliflower and say it down on parchment and bake for a more flat pizza crust.
